I took the action and in return Linda took action. She always responded to my communication in a timely manner. Linda is professional. She is also aggressive. I mean that in a good way. She does not allow the sale of a home to be a passive endeavor. I cold called Linda because she had sold three homes in my neighborhood. That to me was better than a referral. BTW, I have used Hunt on two other occasions for a sale and a purchase and the service is always top notch. Overall, Linda Crawford is a tremendous asset to Hunt and the community at large due to her mission to get things done. If I may use the word Hustle; that is what she does. I'm very satisfied. My husband and I have been in our home for over 31 years, and made the decision to purchase a condo in the area. We saw a condo listed for sale during the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic. We reached out to Linda Crawford to discuss the best way to proceed with "seeing the unit." Linda reached out to the listing agent and had her send us a detailed video of every inch of the condo. We were concerned about storage, and the listing agent videoed all the storage areas, as well as all the living space in the condo. Linda then helped us get our home ready to list and helped us manage "showing" our house during this difficult time. She always followed the safest protocol to the letter, making us feel safe in our home. She also helped us list our house in the perfect price range, allowing us to receive multiple offers. She then helped us navigate through the offers to find the most viable offer. Her professionalism and help did not stop here. She continued to help us at our request find movers, inspectors and negotiate furniture sales to the buyers of our home. She truly went above and beyond what I have seen any other Real Estate Agent do to help us. She was always positive and upbeat, and truly seemed to have a 6th sense about what was going to happen next. Her experience, intelligence and knowledge made this uncertain time in our lives seamless. I see her name weekly in the newspaper as one of the top agents in the Manlius Office.
